EasyLift ED Drum Dumpers offer drum handling capacities up to 1,200 lbs. for CR clamps and 1,000 lbs. for FCR clamp. Our standard straddle leg models are available with a single or two stage mast for lift heights from 48" to 144". These units include Darcor™ ergonomic casters, with a step-down foot floor lock for safety as well as a powder coating finish for durability. Available options include: Non-intrinsically-safe or intrinsically-safe scales for dispensing by weight or performing inventory, FDA approved gray powder coating or stainless-steel construction, side shifter, small drum adaptor, and adjustable clamping pressure. EasyLift ED DC Powered Drum Dumpers are ideal for non-hazardous environments. Available with either a CR Clamp with 360° side rotation, or an FCR Clamp with 180° forward rotation. Both clamps are designed to handle a 20” to 24” drum diameter. The lift, clamp, and rotate functions are powered by (2) 12-volt AGM deep cycle batteries housed in a closable cabinet with a hydraulic lift motor, internal charger, master disconnect switch, and a ‘gauge-type’ battery discharge indicator.
EasyLift ED Air over hydraulic Drum Dumpers are designed for hazardous environments where DC powered equipment is prohibited. Available with either a CR Clamp with 360° side rotation, or an FCR Clamp with 180° forward rotation. Both clamps are designed to handle a 20” to 24” drum diameter. The lift, clamp, and rotate functions are powered by an extremely low decibel air motor that requires a consistent air supply at 100 psi.
